This facility is a building with 12 floors, with the front desk on the first floor and shared facilities on the second floor including a lounge area, laundry facilities, electric kettle, and microwave.
*Currently, the rest area on the second floor is unavailable due to renovation work.
An electric kettle and microwave oven are located in the elevator lobby on the second floor.
Also, the laundry facilities have been temporarily moved to the emergency staircase on the second floor, so please use that location if you need to use them.

We apologize for any inconvenience or trouble this may cause our customers, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The guest rooms are located from the 3rd to the 12th floors.

    A shared restroom is located on the second floor of this facility.

    This facility is entirely non-smoking, however, there is a designated outdoor smoking area located to the right of the front desk on the first floor.
    Ashtrays are provided, making the room a considerate space for smokers.
    Smoking areas are designated so as not to impede the passage and comfort of other customers.
    It is installed in a location that ensures good traffic flow.
    If you use the facility, please follow the rules and be considerate of those around you.

  • Laundromat

    There are washing machines and dryers on the second floor of our building that you can use free of charge.
    This convenient facility has been well received by many guests staying for long periods or consecutive nights.
    Please bring your own detergent.
    There is also a space where you can place your luggage to indicate that the facility is in use.
    It is available 24 hours a day so you can take care of your clothes while traveling or do some sudden laundry.
    *Currently, due to renovation work, the installation location has been temporarily changed to the emergency staircase on the second floor.
