The facility is a 1 to 12 story building with a front desk on the 1st floor and a lounge area and shared facilities on the 2nd floor, including a coin laundry, electric kettle, water cooler, microwave, toaster, etc.
The guest rooms are located from the 3rd to the 12th floors.
On the third floor there are the men's shower room and toilet, a shared sink, and the largest shower room for the women.
On floors 4 to 9, there are women's toilets and shower rooms (one of each), as well as shared washbasins.
There are separate toilets and shower rooms for men and women on the 10th and 11th floors, with three women's shower rooms on each floor.
There are no shower rooms on the 12th floor, but there are unisex toilets and a powder room with a sink.

  • Shared wash basin

    There are clean shared washstands in the facility.

    The bathroom area has three sinks and is equipped with hand soap.
    The space is designed to be ample so that you can use it smoothly even when it is crowded.
    All washroom areas except for the 12th floor are made of glass.
    It features an open space where you can enjoy the view outside.
    Although the number of mirrors is limited, we have the minimum necessary equipment.
    If you use the facilities, please cooperate and share the space to ensure a comfortable stay.

  • Shared toilet

    There are shared washrooms on the guest room floors of this facility. (Excluding some floors)
    We also have separate toilets for men and women, providing an environment where female customers can use the facility with peace of mind.
    There are no women's restrooms on the 3rd floor, so female customers must use the restrooms on the 4th floor or above.
    All bathrooms are private and equipped with washlet toilet seats.
    The design also takes hygiene into consideration to ensure a clean and comfortable experience.
    As a shared facility, we strive to create a space that anyone can use comfortably.

  • Smoking area

    This facility is entirely non-smoking, however, there is an outdoor smoking area in front of the front desk on the first floor.
    Ashtrays are provided, making the room a considerate space for smokers.
    Smoking areas are designated so as not to impede the passage and comfort of other customers.
    It is installed in a location that ensures good traffic flow.
    If you use the facility, please follow the rules and be considerate of those around you.

  • Laundromat

    There are washing machines and dryers on the second floor of our building that you can use free of charge.
    This convenient facility has been well received by many guests staying for long periods or consecutive nights.

    It is available 24 hours a day so you can take care of your clothes while traveling or do some sudden laundry.
